Wraparound Fundamentals for Service Providers, Family & Community Supports

Foundational workshop for service providers, family and community supports with an emphasis on the role and responsibilities of wraparound team members.

With the principles of wraparound as a foundation, participants will learn the roles and responsibilities of involvement on wraparound teams utilized in programs such as CST and CCS.   Team members are integral to the process at all levels including referral and enrollment, assessment, determination of underlying needs, development of individualized plans, and work toward transition out of the formal team process.

Intended Audience

The primary target audience is individuals who are currently a part of or expect to be part of a wraparound team in programs such as CST and CCS.  This may include service providers and family and community supports.

If your role is as a care coordinator or service facilitator, consider the Wraparound Fundamentals for Care Coordinators and Service Facilitators workshop, which is a prerequisite for events such as Wraparound Advanced Practice workshops and Wraparound Learning Collaboratives.

Participation Expectation

Although we hope to provide an engaging experience, and encourage active participation; this workshop does not have requirements specific to interaction.
