Leading Adaptive Change: Strengthening Care Coordination and Service Facilitation

Leadership is needed every day when coordinating care within systems for children and families.  In your role as CC/SF you are part of a larger system that provides support and resources in collaboration with other systems in the community.

Each of you are leaders.  In support of your leadership, we are inviting you to a day and a half virtual experience where we will explore an Adaptive Leadership framework and approach.

Objectives:

• Understand how you are a leader in shared leadership in your teams
• Explore models of shared leadership and conflict engagement in ways that promote growth and adaptation in the systems we work in.
• Reflect on and refine your individual leadership style
• Identify and address the adaptive challenges in your work
• Provide opportunities to explore new ways of approaching your practice as a facilitator using a shared leadership approach

Optional opportunity for to participate in up to two 1:1 coaching sessions between 8/19 and 9/30/25.

This event offers Attendance Certificate Hours which may count toward initial and ongoing training requirements for programs such as Comprehensive Community Services (CCS).

This event has not been pre-approved to count toward specific licensure CEU requirements, however, hours may count toward 15 of the 30 required continuing education credit hours for LCSW, LPC, and MFT licensure that may be met through "in-house training and development programs". Please check with your particular licensing requirements for more information.

This workshop is intended for CST care coordinators and CCS service facilitators.

This workshop is interactive. Active participation for the duration of the workshop is expected.
