To improve the quality of our events. Information gathered also helps us understand who our audience is and aids in tailoring events to match our audience.

What Information we collect

Account information. We collect Information relating to your account. For example, we collect basic registration details like name, email address, agency, and county or tribal affiliation when you create an account.

Information related to your role in / connection to wraparound. We collect information related to what program or programs you provide services in, your role (e.g. care coordinator, supervisor, administrator, parent, youth, advocate). This information helps us understand our audince and talior events to meet your needs.

How we Collect Information

Directly from you. We collect information when you create an account or register for an event.

Indirectly. Information is collected if someone else such as a supervisor or colleague registers you for an event.

When we Share Information

We share information with our event planning teams and presenters. Sharing information provided during registration gives our planning team and presenters valuable insight into who the audience is and assists in devloping quality events.
