Providing Wraparound Supervision

Considerations and tools for individuals who provide supervision to wraparound coordinators, facilitators, and staff in programs such as CCS and CST.

Supervisors play a key role in helping staff accomplish the necessary activities of the wraparound process in programs such as CCS and CST.  Providing supervision to wraparound staff requires specialized knowledge and skills.  Core practices and tools will be identified that can assist supervisors in supporting their staff to implement wraparound to fidelity.

This is not a general supervision course - it is assumed that participants have foundational knowledge and/or training in providing supervision.

Intended Audience

Individuals who provide supervision to care coordinators, service facilitators, and staff in programs that utilize wraparound.
