HEAL Framework

Chardé Hollins is back!  In September 2023 she presented Competent to S.E.R.V.E. now she will present her H.E.A.L. Framework; a holistic approach that enhances the well-being of professionals in service-oriented roles, increasing their effectiveness while reducing burnout. Recognizing selfcare is more than vacation days and pampering, attendees are guided through a progression of four essential steps, that empower them to navigate their past, embrace their shared humanity, focus on the present, and center self-compassion. This journey equips individuals to attain a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle, enabling them to provide exceptional care while nurturing their own vitality.

Through the H.E.A.L. Framework, attendees will uncover tools they’ll need to enhance their approach to service, allowing them to find new ways to maintain their energy while providing exceptional care.

This event offers Attendance Certificate Hours which may count toward ongoing training requirements for programs such as Comprehensive Community Services (CCS).

This event has not been pre-approved to count toward specific licensure CEU requirements, however, hours may count toward 15 of the 30 required continuing education credit hours for LCSW, LPC, and MFT licensure that may be met through "in-house training and development programs". Please check with your particular licensing requirements for more information.

Individuals who serve youth and families through CCS and CST.  Coordinating committee members, system partners, individuals with lived experience, and natural and community supports are also welcome to attend.

In order to receive an attendance certificate, each participant must register separately and participate on their own device.

Although we hope to provide an engaging experience, and encourage active participation; this workshop does not have requirements specific to interaction.
